These terms apply to taxi and tour bookings made with Travels Mate & Tourism, Salem.
Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed once we share the vehicle and driver details with you.
- The vehicle model is subject to availability; an equivalent vehicle may be provided if required.
Fares & charges
- Fares are shared at the time of booking based on the route, vehicle and trip type.
- Toll, parking, interstate permit, hill and entry charges are payable as mentioned in your quote.
- Extra kilometres, extra hours or changes to the itinerary may be charged additionally.
Cancellations
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. Cancellation terms, if any, are communicated at the time of booking.
Passenger conduct
- Smoking, alcohol consumption and illegal items are not permitted inside the vehicle.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
- The number of passengers must not exceed the permitted seating capacity.
Delays
We plan every trip with buffer time; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events beyond our control.
